Events of 6-11-2023 (10/10 milestones)

  • Cleaned up the survivors from the previous battle
  • The necromancer retreated back into the temple
  • Four helmed horrors are in the room, but have not moved.
  • They dispatch everyone and then start messing with the helmed horrors
  • Surrounded the Helmed Horrors and tried to open the door. Not surprisingly they spring to life and a battle commences.
  • 🏆 Defeated the Helmed Horrors.
  • 🏆 Gram’s abilities are restored!
  • 🏆 final tablet is acquired!
  • 🏆 reached the lab!
  • LEVEL 8

Events of 6-4-2023 (6/10 milestones)

  • 🏆 Proceeded through the temple
  • Took out Boneclaw and the remaining wights.
  • Met up with another patrol almost immediately.  Another boneclaw and a necromancer attack.
  • Cloudkill was cast and is flowing across the temple floor
  • … to be continued.

Events of 5-21-2023 (5/10 milestones)

  • 🏆 escaped prison with Gram
  • Went to the temple in Gulg
  • Klem has decoded some of the carvings on the walls of the temple and determined that the tablets are part of a ritual that warns of opposition from “beyond” (another world?)
  • 🏆 discovered source of evil
  • Encountered Wights and turned them
  • While thinning out the heard of Wights, a second group attacked with more Wights and Boneclaw and a 1/2 Giant.

Events of 5-07-2023 (3/10 milestones)

  • cleanup the remaining combatants
  • explore the rest of the dungeon
  • found a stone golem (apparently inert) blocking the exit to the dungeon
  • 🏆 Gram’s Lens found!
  • 🏆 Defeated Stone Golem

Events of 4-30-2023 (1/10 milestones)

  • Began the session with a good rest
  • During the night, they heard the sound of men screaming
  • The next morning, they untied Gram and started searching for his special lens.
  • Gram is still having trouble walking on his own.  He asked if they would help him to find his “special lens”
  • They ran into a group of Gulgans, but they were running from a Templar and a group of Wights
  • The wights were defeated, but the Templar got away.

Group Motivations:

  1. Protect Gram and return him to Gulg.
  2. Acquire Gram’s special lens.
  3. Acquire the final tablet from the temple in Gulg.

Events of 3-19-2023 (1/10 milestones)

  • Finished exploring the caves and made their way to the underground temple.
  • 🏆Found Gram, but they were in the heat of battle!  Hope he’s still there next time
  • Defeated many more Nganga, Gulgans, and Gaj defending the temple.
