Our heroes started to track the Templar back in the caves. They didn’t want to take the time to recover as the templar would escape.
They were attacked in the hallway by a group of gith with another bounty hunter and a Cylops
Since they were in a weakened state, several of the heroes were knocked unconscious. Hiccup doubled back and found the Templar, the templar was still very weak and he was easily dispatched. Hiccup kept tracking back …. Look out there’s a shadow giant!
Hiccup, screaming “never give up, never surrender” or something else stupid continued to attack the Shadow Giant, but his blows landed with no effect.
Hawkeye also attacked because he saw his former colleague fall to the Shadow Giant. he was easily dispatched.
Herre apparently lost the will to live and she tried to kill herself (at least that was the impression), but the Shadow Giant was bored and it left.
The 3rd vial was broken!

Events 1-23-22
Destroyed the vial that they were holding.
Woke from rest to attack from Templar and a big group of Githgajai
Gith were slain and the Templar ran back into the caves and escaped
Pushed quickly forward and cleared out the staging room and the temple
Quickly executed the Templar so that he could not cast a defiler powered wizard spell.
The final blow was dealt by Shek, and then he destroyed the vial that the Templar was holding
In the afterglow of the battle, Shek told the heroes that they need to kill the final Templar and destroy the final vial before their task is completed.
Shek still strongly warns against confronting the shadow giant.
Events 1-16-22
Players continue forward to the shrine.
Sounds keep being heard behind the party, but they continue onward
The party is attacked in the waiting area leading up to the shrine Gith come from every direction, and eventually a bounty hunter and another cilops attack from the rear.
Shek states that they need to continue forward and destroy the vials or they will be trapped in the caves

Important Information 1-9-22
Vial of the Gaj – Used by the Templars to enslave the Gith. Occasionally some can break the influence of the control.
Githgajai – Gith who have become enslaved by the Vial of the Gaj.
Githrai – Gith who have broken their bonds from the vial. This makes them immune to it’s influence, but it also leaves them embittered and opposed to all who enslave Gith and those who would enslave them.
Events 1-9-22
Yalana appears with a group of strangely dressed Gith. She introduces them as Githrai and asks you to listen to their leader “Shek”. Shek and Yalana propose a truce between Gith and our heroes so that they can defeat the Githgajai and the Templars.
Shek explains that there are two major factions of the Gith: The Githgajai (bad guys) and the Githrai (also kinof bad guys, but friendly now)
Yalana states that Shek will help the heroes to navigate the caves strike at the heart of the Githgajai faction. Shek is also going to help the party to avoid encountering the Shadow Giant.
Shek cautions the group to be on the lookout for the Cilops that is tracking them (for the templars)
